I moved here from kansas and carried state farm insurance looked up Larry Strauss office when i moved to stilwell, i say office because i have never spoke with Mr Strauss, they changed my insurance and upped my rates.almost by double, n explanation was given to me that made any sense. then renewal time came again, i was expecting to see a decrease, that did not happen, fact is it went up again, i have no tickets, my driving records is excellent, i called the office and left a message twice for them to call me back, state i was not happy with the cost. no response, i called again while on my lunch break and was on hold for a long time, could stay had to return to work. I talked with allstate the next day, got the very same insurance PLUS rental insurance for half of what i was paying Larry Strauss of State Farm. I had used state farm for awhile in kansas along with alot of family, NOT ANY MORE.. I cant say if its state Farm or Mr Strauss here in OK but no one care, they are terrible.
